What if you would like to return or exchange your product (not a plant or tree)?
1.) Please just drop us an email ([email protected]), call us at 0031648772342 , or report the article via "my account" to give us a headsup something is coming our way. If you would like to exchange an item, you can just place a new order and return the other item. Shipping costs are for your own account. With justified complaints we obviously do not charge any return costs.
2.) Return the item well packed and with sufficient postage to our address, which you find below. Please include your name and order number in the box. Make sure the item is properly packed, the responsibility of losing or damaging the package lies with the customer. If you are not sure how to pack something well, please just ask us as well, we are happy to help!
3.) Once we have received your return package in good order, we will refund your purchase.

To all of our products the statutory warranty applies. If a product is broken within this period, you are entitled to this warranty and we will obviously replace the product or confer a fitting suitable with you.

According to the exchange and return rules for perishable products, which all our trees and plants fall under, we do not have to accept your order return in accordance with the legal rules regarding the cooling-off period of 14 days. However, we will obviously not be happy if you are not satisfied.
